World-renowned dance, theatre and opera companies continually hire our flexible rehearsal spaces. We offer plenty of ceiling height to practise aerial work, sufficient space to house an entire orchestra and room to replicate the arena floor of The Royal Albert Hall.

With 14 Stages and 10 Rehearsal Rooms available for hire, 3 Mills Studios is becoming the preferred venue for large West End theatre rehearsals. We also provide space for music rehearsals such as orchestras and opera, as well as film and television productions.

Our main rehearsal building, Rush House, is a former boiler house and historical features remain throughout this building, adding to its charm. The Rehearsal Rooms in Rush House have wooden floors, natural brick work and sky lights, and some are adjacent to showers, toilets, make up and dressing rooms and production offices.

Please note that our Rehearsal Rooms are neither soundproofed or come with air-conditioning.
