3 Mills Studios offers complementary production facilities such as workshops, prop stores and a paint shop. These spaces can be used for set construction, props and model making.
WORKSHOP B
Workshop B is 6,545 sq ft. It is suitable for large set construction and can be set up as a workshop and has large dock doors. Workshop B is located on the Riverbank site and was formerly Stage B.
UNIT 5
Suitable for large set construction, Unit 5 features multiple dock doors for easy access and loading and unloading sets, three separate spray booths, a mezzanine level suitable for storage, and potential access into adjoining Stage D (9,402 sq ft). Unit 5 is located on the Riverbank site

UNIT 6
A small workshop (5,474 sq ft) with one dock door and a large spray booth (7m x 4m). It can also be used as a separate workshop
SPRAY BOOTH
Large spray booth (7m x 4m) with good extraction and bake facilities. Located in Unit 6 on the Riverbank site
THE LIGHTING STORE
The Lighting Store offers storage facilities, a workshop area and a large area with a washdown room. It is located on the Riverbank site.
THE FOYER
Adjacent to Stages 11 and 12, The Foyer is a common area but can be used for multiple purposes such as storage, holding area, cloakroom and additional toilet facilities
THE PROP STORES
(G1 – G4)
We have four Prop Stores ranging in size from 712 sq ft – 1,205 sq ft. All are accessible via main loading doors and are suitable for props, smaller workshops and storage. Please note that the Prop Stores are not heated areas.
LOBBY
The Lobby adjoins Stage 6 and Stage 7 and features large double dock doors. It is suitable for storage and workshop use
